Writing from The Sun wins the Pushcart Prize

Essays by Akhim Yuseff Cabey [“Bang, Bang, in a Boy Voice,” July 2007], Krista Bremer [“My Accidental Jihad,” October 2007], and Brenda Miller [“Blessing of the Animals,” November 2007] have all been awarded the Pushcart Prize, which honors exceptional writing from America’s small presses. The essays will be published next year in the anthology Pushcart Prize XXXIII: Best of the Small Presses. Our congratulations to the authors.
